 Preheat your frying pan on medium-high heat with olive or vegetable fat.  Add your FUTURE MEATBALLS and fry them for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown and at an internal temperature of 71C.  Remove your FUTURE MEATBALLS from the pan, shake the excessive oil and let it drain over kitchen paper.
